We are a Socially Responsible Employer!

Here at Young Financial Group (YFG), we are always looking for ways to give back to the community. In consultation with our staff, we have implemented an initiative whereby employees nominate a charity whose cause is close to their hearts and we donate an additional 1% of their gross salary on a quarterly basis to help support that particular charitable organization.

This means that by working at YFG, employees are actually making a difference in the community!

We’re thinking that if other employers got on board with similar ideas, a lot of good causes in the community would be able to continue/expand on the good work which they do. What do you think?
